“I’m just normal enough to be successful, and just weird enough to stand out.” I love that so much! So relatable!

"Remaining firm in your principles..." VERY important task right there. It makes me think of John Maxwell's "Becoming a Person of Influence." The first step to being a person of influence is to model the kind of person you want to be, which is simple enough. Integrity is crucial. Remaining firm in your integrity is one of the key steps to being successful- and I think that it can even make you stand out from the crowd sometimes!

p.s. you're a pretty insightful person when you start to sound like John Maxwell... good work!

It's much easier said than done, but worth the effort. A good point, too, that integrity can make you stand out! Thanks for reading, Adam.
